Iorns is a barrister based in Upper Hutt, servicing the

and family law.

For
Family Court matters, Stephen is qualified as a provider for
services under the Legal Aid scheme and will discuss with you
whether or not you qualify. Due to recent changes in Criminal
Legal Aid, while Stephen is qualified, you can generally no
longer choose a preferred lawyer, but instead have one
assigned on by a rotational system. There are some exceptions
to this, but they are very limited.
